What ClaimCoach North Is
ClaimCoach North is a self-help document preparation tool for supported insurance and benefit denial appeals. During the V1 paid beta, paid appeal packages are focused on supported Manulife long-term disability categories and include Insurance Expert Review before final delivery.
We are not a law firm or legal service. We are not your lawyer or legal representative. We are not a substitute for legal advice. We are not subject to Law Society of Ontario (LSO) regulation. Using ClaimCoach North does not create a solicitor-client relationship.
What We Do Not Do
ClaimCoach North does not:
- Assess the legal merits of your claim
- Interpret your legal rights
- Advise whether you should appeal
- Negotiate with insurers or benefits administrators
- Select legal arguments for you
- Tell you what outcome you are likely to receive
- Attend hearings, negotiations, or appeals on your behalf
- Communicate with insurers or benefits administrators on your behalf
- Provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations
We cannot guarantee that any appeal we help you draft will succeed.
Your Responsibility
Before submitting any appeal letter or document drafted by ClaimCoach North, you must:
- Read it carefully and completely
- Edit it to reflect your actual situation
- Verify that all medical, financial, and personal information is accurate
- Sign the final document as the true author
You remain fully responsible for the content and submission of all appeals.
V1 Paid Beta Scope
Paid V1 appeal packages are not instant final documents. A preliminary strategy may appear quickly, but final paid delivery requires review before release. You review, sign, and file any document yourself.
When You Should Consult a Lawyer
Consult a licensed lawyer or paralegal if:
- Your appeal involves a legal dispute or litigation
- You believe you have been wrongly denied due to discrimination
- Your situation requires representation in court or before a tribunal
- You are uncertain whether an appeal is in your legal interest
- You need legal advice about your rights or obligations
Package Preparation Content
ClaimCoach North uses structured intake, evidence review, readiness checks, supervised package preparation, and Insurance Expert Review for supported paid appeal packages. Drafts can still contain errors, missing information, placeholders, or wording that does not match your situation. All documents are provided "as is" with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or suitability for your situation.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your uploaded documents are treated as Protected Health Information (PHI) and encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. We do not sell your personal information. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@claimcoachnorth.ca.
